No stomach pain when taking it to aid in digestion. There has been no negative in the texture as it is a pill to swallow and the ingredients are amazing too! HIGHLY recommend!

I am mildly lactose intolerant, but once in a while I still consume things that have milk in them. I usually end up taking them after a meal or once I start to feel bloated, but they seem to do the trick.

I don't think the product is the problem. The delivery was a complete nightmare. Three times, the drivers delivered my stuff to the wrong address. Now Walmart has declined to reimburse me, even though the problem was clearly caused by the shipping company. I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled.
