It's not gritty and even mixes really smooth when I'm making a protein pudding bowl with yogurt. This has been one of my go-to's since I found it on Thrive Market.

I like the unflavored powder, it tastes fine with just water and good with my plain almond milk. It mixes easily with my mini handheld blender. The taste was horrible. The powder clumped and wouldn't dissolve even after blending it in the blender or putting it into a hot drink. Will never purchase a powder that uses pea plant source.

I bought this because it said it was tasteless. It's not. It tasted like peas.
