This vitamin is perfectly easy to take and no bitter taste. I highly recommend it not a high value cost so you can't afford it. I will continue to take this vitamin.

My doctor wanted me to use vitamin b but without folic acid. I found these and I have been taking them for about a year now. I would recommend these.

The right Vitamin B supplement
Was looking for a Vitamin B supplement that contains all the major types of Vitamin but without any Vitamin C (which interferes with my CGM) - this is perfect and a good price on Walmart
