Super Smash Bros: Melee | Nintendo GameCube | 2001 | Tested

Super Smash Bros. Melee is one of the best, most addictive platform games I've ever played. The single player game may seem quite simple to some people, since you can beat it in a relatively quick amount of time. But the complexity of the multiplayer is where the game shines. So many different games options to choose from, levels, characters, not to mention unlocking everything in the game will take some time & effort. Not only will you cosume alot of time just playing, & playing to unlock, but once you get into the game & start to try & master every character, you have yourself a time consuming monster. Even with the new one out, this game is worth every penny just to have it in your collection. I just bought a gamecube again & this is the first game I wanted to buy again, since the new one is out, alot of companies decide to up the price of this to $40 for a used copy! So I decided to check Walmart & I got this game brand new for a mere $27.

Great game awesomeness timing

Wamart has the lowest price for it being new. The game is awesome you can unlock many levels and characters and play for hours.

You won't find a better fighting game than this. Over 25 characters, all from top Nintendo Series. Over 10 different stages, more than 20 different types of matches, and an awesome thing that you can collect over 200 different Nintendo trophies. In other words: BUY THIS GAME IF YOU WANT FIGHTING GAME PERFECTION!

It's no wonder why this game sold millions of copies worldwide. With tons of, items, characters, stages, and downright awesome features you are sure to not be disapointed. I got this game about 5 years ago and play it still to this day. The single-player is lacking, but the multiplayer more than makes up for it. If you have a Gamecube or a Wii this game is a must-have.

This game is very fun. It is best when you are playing another person but you can play against the computer. classic and adventure modes aren't that good but you need to play them to unlock some people. There is a lot of things you can unlock and you can play it for hours without getting bored because something different happens every time. if you like fighting games or nintendo characters you should buy this game.

This game is great for all ages. It's challenging enough for the most seasoned player but yet still easy enough for my 5 year old (on the easy setting option) It is really addictive and a great game for the whole family to play together. After you play for so long and advance so far you can unlock new charaters and levels to play, that is one of the best highlights of the game.If you have a gamecube you must have this game it wil be you new favorite and something that you will go back to again and again. We have over 20 game cube games and this is still our favorite!

This game is amazing. There are so many hidden things in this game. It helps hand-eye coordination and timing, not to mention also fun.

Kids were so excited with this game. It blends Mario Bros & other old school characters like Donkey Kong, Zelda, Pokemon, etc...
