Super Star 2 Tier Cake

Cake appeared just as advertised. Flavor was amazing. The size was perfect for the birthday party and the colors of the cake matched the entire theme of the birthday party. It was a boy and girls party so it went for both. The cake was moist and not so sweet wich is a good think and it was packaged for pick up with so much care. Thank you Walmart Bakery for doing Amazing on my 6%267 year olds birthday cake!

The taste was great got lots of compliments on how cute it was for kpop theme. I removed one star because some of the design strip was like peeling off so i had to smooth it out and messed up some frosting in the process . I would encourage Walmart to make it a rule to have baker check cake design for these things before just handing over already boxed cake from earlier.

I bought this cake for my niece‘s birthday she absolutely adored it. It is such a cute and realistic looking cake. The taste of the cake was amazing. We did have chocolate and half vanilla.

I would give this cake 5 stars, its gorgeous and delicious. Unfortately, the bakery put the microphone inside the box instead of taped to the outside like usual and it got jammed into the side of the cake and ruined it. Had to be the part that faces the crowd and birthday girl. We also couldn't read the wording on the cake. 🤦‍♀️

The bakery was out of the decoration on top of the cake and notified me the day before the cake was supposed to be picked up, I did not receive a discount because it was ordered online through the app. I didn't have time to place an order somewhere else. The cake was very dry compared to others Ive had from there

top tier of the cake slid off as soon as i set it in the car. wasent stable at all. Definitely not worth $70. when i called to try to get some help from the store i just got the run around and transferred everywhere. never ordering from the bakery here again

The cake appearance was embarrassingly bad. I ordered this cake weeks ahead of when I'd need it. They had ample time to make sure someone there knew how to decorate it. When I picked it up the frosting was clumpy, didn't cover the whole cake, was uneven, there was no frosting “drip” on the edge, there was no glitter, and the music sheets were upside down on half of it. I had asked for the topper to be left off and they clearly took it off and didn't try to smooth the star imprint off of it. The bakery was closed at this point so I went to the manager and asked what we could do. He was so kind but said he wasn't from this store so had to call someone else. The woman he spoke to basically said too bad so sad and didn't want to help. He talked with her more and eventually they told me I could leave the cake and someone would re do it in the morning and have it ready for me. I agreed and the next morning my husband came back to pick it up. The cake was the same. No one had touched it or seemed to even know they were supposed to. At this point it was too late and we had to get it to the party. I bought some cake decorating tools and fixed it as much as I could myself. We were given a refund but that didn't make up for the fact that there was clearly no care given to the cake or situation. It looked nothing like the photo. It would have taken minutes to spray some edible glitter on it, smooth the frosting and fix the upside down music notes at the very least. If no one felt confident doing it I should have been told ahead of time so I could order from somewhere else that was trained in what they advertise. They had weeks from when I ordered to when it was scheduled to be picked up. I will never order a cake from Walmart again.

You could literally taste the dye the handwriting was so bad I had to whip it off went to a different bakery and they handled it for us midland is always good El Paso lacks the creativeness. Very airy not moist pretty dry

Scheduled pickup from 8am-9am went to bakery to ask about it and the cake decorator responded “well idk when it’ll be done you have a two tier it’ll let you know in the app when it’s done!” With the worst attitude. Very unprofessional and I asked for buttercream icing didn’t get that also the cake was dry.

Let’s start with I called, well tried calling to let them know I was on my way to pick up my cake %26 I was HUNG UP ON THREE TIMES before I could even get 5 words out. I understand the bakery is being renovated at the moment but I had no knowledge of this when I placed my order until I walked into the store. When I went to pick my cake up after I pushed the button for assistance. Two employees came to me after 10 minutes of waiting and proceeded to tell me the bakery is closed for renovations. I told them okay I have a cake back there %26 I’m here to pick it up. They practically told me, NO I was a liar and that there’s no way a cake could be back there for pick up. I then asked if they could go check after showing them PROOF ON MY WALMART APP. They finally did %26 brought my cake out. This cake was $84. I paid the extra for Bavarian crème, that there was very lack of in the cake. Everyone at the party has zero idea it was even in there. I always get my daughter’s Birthday cakes from this bakery, for 8 years now %26 this was by far the worst. From taste to the customer service.
