Super Tech Air Filters Work Extremely Well! Super Tech Air Filter I've used the Super Tech Air Filters for as long as I can remember and I've never had a single problem with them. I currently have 172 thousand miles on my truck and Super Tech Air Filter is the one I've used; my truck still runs like the day I bought it. Let me dispel some myths on Air Filters here; several places on the internet have said that just because the filter (or any filter) is a few dollars cheaper than most that they are no good! That statement is just a flat out lie! I love the Super Tech brand and a lot of the myths are just that myths. Walmart wouldn't begin to sell something that important for your car if it was cheap or in any way diminished from other brands. I have a vehicle with 172k miles on it and it runs just like the day I bought it; I give credit where it's due and Super Tech gets all the credit on this one. Overall the technology used today in Super Tech Air Filters is awesome and that's exactly why they called it Super “TECH”! They are built very well and for sure they are an awesome filter. I love em tons and honestly with the money I been saving all these years, I could probably take a cruise! So don't worry about a lower price on these filters, just be glad to save and you can trust your Super Tech filter to do the job!

Filter itself fit my 2014 Ford Escape nicely but it took a bit of effort to get the filter housing cover back in place...not a problem due to the filter, just a little difficult to get the housing cover to mate-up with its other half. Only complaint I have about the filter is that I purchased it online and it arrived in pretty poor condition...box was a bit mangled (see pics below) but filter inside seemed to be fine. Not sure whether somebody grabbed it off the shelf in that condition or whether the damage happened in transit. Luckily the filter was undamaged and fit nicely.

the above part was suggested for my Toyota Preus ********* L engine on your web site. It is the wrong part and is twice or more the size of the correct filter

I received my order today, but the product appears to have been previously opened and returned. The original package seal was broken, and the contents were somewhat dirty, which makes it seem like this is not a new item. I ordered a new product, so I'm disappointed to receive one in this condition.

I see that this product says made in the USA but the Quality Control must be being done via email or text message because I have purchased four of these filters and yet only one was up to standards. These filters had several rows where you can clearly see that the white fibers did not completely and correctly coat black plastic base. I have wasted time and money returning these to Walmart multiple times and I will not be buying this product again.

The rubber gasket portion of the filter was not trimmed properly requiring me to trim off the excess. I've never had a gasket in such a poor finish from any other manufacturer. This will be the LAST engine air filter I purchased in the Super Tech brand!

It's thinner than the OEM. Has way fewer plates than the OEM. The rubber seal frame is rugged. I love super tech products, but this product is just screaming “cheap”. I won't recommend to cheap out for this product. Walmart! Get another manufacturer for this product.
