bought for ALL the football games. it's EXCELLENT for that. Remote is the worst remote ever made. but every football game for Free is worth it

Seemed to work god at first now it disconnects from the internet constantly, freezes up all the time. I constantly have to re-connect or shut it down completely and re-start. Even that doesn't fix the problem. This is on just local network channels too. Seriously considering returning.

SuperBoxS6Max constantly freezes. Turns to Blue screen at any moment or reverts back to the Blue TV app in the middle of watching live TV. I've sent messages for help. All I receive is videos demonstrating how to fix the problem. It works for a few days, then something else goes wrong.

Our remote quit working within two weeks of using the product. It's a very expensive product to have the remote quit working that soon and no support to get a new one without purchasing one.

I purchased this Superbox in November, and it worked fine for a few months. However, the device recently displayed a "Device Forbidden" error, making it completely unusable. When I reached out to the seller for help, they went silent for several days. When they finally responded, they didn't offer a fix or a refund; instead, they asked me to return the item so they could resell it to someone else. This is extremely dishonest. If you are looking for a reliable device and a seller who stands behind their product, look elsewhere. Dealing with their customer service has been a headache, and I am now stuck with a box that doesn't work. Save your money!

Worked fine, bought through Walmart, until the authorized SuperBox Agent/Seller went inactive now we have the "Devices Forbidden" message. This box is useless now.

The super box didn't work how it's supposed to. It had a preview video that kept replying and it never went to the channels to watch.
