I love it. Cancelled all my other subscriptions so I am saving about $50/month. This will pay for itself in just a few months.
This is my 2nd SuperBox. This one is faster than the 1st I have. Great product, everything I needed and more.
the pro 6 has a great picture but could be better if it wouldn't freeze up but the best part is there no monthly fees to pay
It does what it is supposed to do. It's a bit difficult to set up,but once you figure it out, it's great. I used the hard wire rather than wifi connection.
Quirky device, hangs up, takes a while to learn it but frustrating in the mean. On the Very positive side l, get to watch things I never could so it's worth it
This box offered a great number of stations but also was missing some that are on other providers like Spectrum, AT%26T, Xfinity, etc...
2 Stars – Works Until It Doesn't. Know the 30-Day Return Rule. The SuperBox 6 worked fine initially. However, after about 45 days, the device began booting to the SuperBox logo and then freezing on a permanent blue screen. No sound, no interface, no access to menus. I attempted all troubleshooting steps including full power reset, HDMI cable swaps, different TV inputs, and factory reset procedures. The reset feature does not restore the system if the device experiences a failed or interrupted firmware update. When that happens, the operating system will not load, and the unit becomes unusable. If this issue occurs after Walmart's 30-day return window, Walmart defers you to the third-party seller for warranty support. During that time, you have zero access to the device and no way to use what you paid for while waiting for the seller to process a resolution. Let's see if the manufacturer does the right thing and fixes the problem, refunds the purchase, or sends a replacement unit under warranty. My advice: If you purchase this device through Walmart, understand that you must return it within 30 days if anything seems unstable. After that, you are dependent on the seller's warranty process. It worked while it worked — but when it failed, there was no recovery option available to the end user.
This item comes with many viewing issues. Continuous technical issues with dropping shows and product down time due to super box technical problems
I purchased the Superbox S6Pro thru Wal-mart. It worked for 4 uses. Screen would go blank after 30 seconds. I worked thru Superbox helpline and I was told to do a soft restart. Soft restart did not work. Then Superbox AI helpline told me to do a factory reset. It worked for 1 day. I contacted Superbox and was told to work thru Wal-Mart for a repair/replacement because this unit would not work. Wal Mart AI helpline said even though I bought the 2 year extended warranty - that it was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Superbox AI helpline refused to help and told me to work for the repair/replacement thru Wal-Mart. Wal-mart helpline contacted and said they would not help and to contact Superbox helpline. Contacted Superbox helpline again and explained the situation and still told me to work thru Wal-Mart. I have spent over 4 hours on the two helplines today so my $374.10 purchase is worthless. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICE OF EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM WAL-MART. I have spent over 10 hours on Helplines this week and not able to get my problem resolved OR talk to a live body. NOT SURE WHAT ELSE TO DO.
This box buffers entirely too much! Even after purchasing an extender, it buffers just as much if not worst. I do not recommend this model. I'm returning it.
