Needed a keyboard for my tv to make typing faster/better on YouTube app, and this works great. Easy to connect to tv using the usb receiver and the backlight option is very nice. Long battery life too. Great quality and I think is compatible with any tv that takes a usb receiver as well as with Bluetooth for a pc or phone or tablet if needed. It's about the size of a game controller so it fits I. The hands good. Except it's flat but it doesn't make a difference

I received the wrong item when I got a replacement. This was never taken care of and you can't talk to a representative.

Extremely Disappointed This product started out great, and for a little while I really thought it was worth the money. But lately it has been nothing but problems. I bought three of them. It freezes constantly, and whenever you do an update, you risk losing all your icons and having to set the entire thing up from scratch. This weekend it went completely dead, and I wasted over two hours trying to get it working again. The most frustrating part……Unless you purchased it directly from the manufacturer, they won't lift a finger to help replace a defective product. Had I known that ahead of time, I never would have wasted my money. I was also recommending this product to so many of my own clients, but with the complete lack of support, I now have to tell them I would never suggest buying one and I feel bad because a lot of them purchased it. If they are within their return period I would recommend returning it. At this point it seems like I'm stuck with an expensive piece of junk that's heading for the trash. Very disappointed.

Do not order this from Walmart! I ordered the superbox elite loaded bundle, but I only received the accessories of the bundle and not the main box. When I brought this to the attention of Walmart, they first claimed that the box was shipped, then admitted that the warehouse staff had lied about the shipment being sent correctly but never corrected the issue. Walmart took my money without providing me the item and will never shop here again.

No apps installed when first started. Nothing like my other Superbox. No icon at bottom of screen for support like other superbox. No app for BluTV or BluVid like other super box. Only app store available is Google, doesn't have the preloaded app store. Waste of money
