Product is amazing! Mom has refused to wear hearing aids for years. Solved problem in order to watch TV without closed caption

Perfect for a hearing problem!
This device is absolutely perfect for my mother. She lives in a nursing home and has become very hard of hearing. The Big Ear has solved ALL of our problems! She is now able to sit in the lobby area and hear the conversation and being able to respond. She is so much happier now. The headset is very compact and fits perfectly on her head/ears. Problem solved!
