I've tried many different fiber supplements but most have not worked with my IBS, they taste bad, or I cannot tolerate the texture. This I find tasty and easy to drink.

I used this Foundation Daily fiber & GLP-1 Daily Support in my coffee everyday. I used the unflavor so you don't even taste it. I also use it in my oatmeal when I do eat it. Also, using the website is so easy to use to change anything, skip, put in a new date. Along with that, you get your product is about 2 days, very quick. Very happy with product and service.

Does exactly as advertised and a great option if you struggle to get your fiber through a traditionally balanced diet. Just be sure to take it slow so your body has time to adjust (seriously only start out with one scoop a day before adding more as needed).

This fiber is great. It has a vey mild taste and blends easily into a bottle w/out needing a blender. I mix it in with my sunpowder supplement and tastes good. I have noticed using just 1 scoop per day improvement on the bristol scale. It has given me a little more flatulance but overall solid. been using for around 2-3 weeks.

I really like this fiber supplement. It has been very easy to use and integrate into my daily routines and seems to be somewhat gentler on my system than others I have tried. My one big complaint is the packaging. It needs a MAJOR redesign. The bottles are too tall and narrow. By the time I get halfway through the bottle, I am struggling to get the scoop and my hand in there to get a scoop out. Definitely needs reworking.

I can't believe how good the powder tasted and how easy it was to mix. Such a convenient way to get in more fiber!

i love how they have a scoop for this, how it doesn't clump up as long as you shake your bottle or mix with a spoon, how you dont taste anything and it helps you stay fuller. unfortunately only HALF of the jar is full for a steep price, i simply wouldn't recommend the product based on that alone
