This tiller has no reverse, not worth the money

I should've bought a bigger tiller, it needs reverse and it needs to be wider.

Went together fairly easily in 45 minutes. Gas line was rubbing on flywheel upon starting leading to a hole and leaking . Has one forward gear, no no neutral or reverse. Does have the counterclockwise rotating times so for the money not bad and digs deep in ground. Mediocre at breaking sod overall.

got tiller started easy first time when I moved it into building went to use and pulled cord it ripped handle out if my hand and tore my shin down my left hand could pull tiller off ground with pull cord 3 hrs later it started easy I used for awhile turned it off to take break tried to start back done same thing but got my right hand this time and I put up cord still real hard to pull I do not need this tiller if I can't use it called number for help but since I didn't order thru them I can't get any help how do I return for a refund

We just finished assembly in the dining room, in the house, indoors. There is no neutral, no reverse. Wheels are locked, will not roll. How do we get it out of the house? What does the cable on the right handle do? Forward? No throttle, just forward or stop? How do we get it out of the house? We cannot push it forward or backward.

i thought it had reverse but seems like it doesn't. i really need reverse on it. other than that it runs good

First customer service is horrible, zero help with the products. Manuals provided dont explain every part. it was a disappointment, to say the least. They a 9-4 company's and only talk through emails.
