Poor customer service
The cart is very sturdy and not difficult to assemble. I am giving it a rating of 3 stars because out of the the box, the charger will not charge the battery and I have not been able to get assistance from customer service. I have sent 2 email message and left 1 voice message . The company put in numerous place on the packaging and box to contact customer service with any issue and them to try and correct the problem before initialing a return. That would be find if customer service would respond and try to resolve my issue. Based on their customer service, I don't recommend.

This cart works prettygood, lots of power even when going up hill. The reason for Three stars is the rim was bent on one caster wheel and it hits when the wheel goes around slowing down the cart and making difficult to maneuver.
