Works as intended
Replaced older sump in deep well that would continue to go on and off at short intervals till it eventually burned the pump in two years. I added this with a longer light weight plastic rod and works great.

A great Replacement Vertical Float Switch
Simple float switch that operates verticly. Works with all different types of pumps! (Has a few different adjustments that gives it a wide range of pumps you can use it on!) Float on bottom rises with the water, when it reaches the desired height it will turn power on to the cord- (You plug the cord in, the top of the plug you plug your pump into, when the water rises it activates the switch which turns your pump on-) I did have to modify it slightly so it turns the pump on faster.
