Melts under the tongue and works like a dream!
It did not melt as described and had a very strong taste. I don't feel like it did anything either.
Very Bitter, Overwhelmingly sweet taste from, I assume, the stevia sweetener. Just so unpalatable I couldn't get the taste rinsed out of mouth fast enough. Would not recommend based on my experience. Have not experienced this since using other brands of fast-dissolve melatonin products for several years.
