This is a high quality verified supplement of melatonin. I've used many different brands in the past but chose this one because it came out high in tests. Other brands I have used tested as not being as strong as they were labeled. The pill is tiny and is supposed to dissolve under the tongue. It does so quickly. Good thing because it doesn't taste good. It is so small the taste isn't a big deal. I will continue to use it.

This works! Without it I wouldn't have a bowel movement. But follow the direction for use because it is true and if I take more than 3 in 24hours it makes me very nauseous 🤢 and dehydrates me horribly.

This works very well . They dissolved under your tongue , so if you have any issue absorbing things , it won't be a problem with these .

Super small without any fillers. Dissolves fast. Do not put into a dry mouth, they require some moisture; so, drink some water, first, or something. These things will reconstitute at the first sign of moisture before dissolving %26 will stick to wherever they land in your mouth until they dissolve, unlike other sublingual. With no coating on the outside or dyes, added sugars, starches, and stuff like rosehip mixed in, makes one realize why they put that stuff in other products. This is about as natural as it gets.

I took a star off bc I had to wait a bit and hadn't realized where it shipped from. No sugar. No taste. Just what I want. Helps me fall asleep and stay that way an hr longer than my usual amt. So for me personally I like it.
