Dr. suggested sublingual methylcobalamin B12. This brand only had 2 "other" ingredients, lactose (milk) and acacia gum as compared to many other brands that had a lot of "other" ingredients. I don't have a problem with lactose so that was deciding factor. Super fast shipping. Received earlier than expected.

I have pernicious anemia, and I was getting tired of giving myself a shot. These are so easy and don't taste bad! I did a blood draw after 6 months to test whether I was absorbing, and my levels were great! Also, there are no weird ingredients. I'm so grateful for a better option.

I like this vitamin B12 every morning i just put it under my tongue and it devolves and I get all the benefits. Take once a day and easy to take, i definitely recommend it!
My husband said that this is helping the numbness in his fingers. He now has more feeling in fingers after taking this for a couple of weeks. (Helps the nerve endings.)

i received fabric softener in a soaking wet box inside a garbage bag. the B12 wasnt delivered. contacting walmart was a waste of time. they tell me it is all shown as delivered. used to trust walmart but don't after this.
