Superior Tierney Cotton Percale Deep Pocket Sheet Set, Split King, Smoked Pearl

I enjoy these pillowcases and they are really soft, I just feel it's also a little misleading saying 'Rayon from Bamboo'. While that's true, it makes it sound sustainable and eco-friendly but when you research Rayon, you see it takes A LOT of water, energy, and chemicals to repurpose the fibers. While it's great to repurpose, it just stinks how much chemicals and water it takes to do so, and wish they would state the process on it so people also understand instead of thinking it's just from bamboo/material from bamboo

I bought two sets of these sheets and they were exactly what I hoped for. Yes, I read that some thought they were rough, but after a couple of washes with fabric softener they turned into soft, thick, luxurious sheets which make me want to get in bed and stay there!! I plan to buy more.

I've recently changed up my bedding which includes these Superior 300 count set of pillowcases made from 100% rayon from bamboo. I must say they are so soft and satiny. They are great for my skin and hair. They keep me warm when the room is cool and they keep me cool when it is hot and humid inside. What I appreciate the most is that they are made from sustainable bamboo. It is environmentally friendly which is what we need right now! I wash them in the gentle cycle and give them a quick iron. My bed looks awesome!

Other reviewers are accurate to describe these as ' summer sheets.' They're made in a percale weave, which means they have a matte (as opposed to super soft) feel, a high degree of durability, and most importantly, thinness. Which means:***If you're looking for super soft or thick sheets, these are not for you***I originally purchased these for hot California nights. My girlfriend was skeptical at first, as she's accustomed to softer sheets. Then we tried them for a few nights, and now she loves them. They stay cool all through the night, so we no longer needs to sleep with the sheets off. We're very happy with our choice.If you're going for warmth or softness, I'd recommend a sateen weave made from Egyptian cotton. Not these sheets. If, like us, you live in a warmer climate, these are perfect. 5/5.

I would recommend these sheets to anyone.They are smooth and soft,and wrinkle very little if you take them right out of the dryer.I got the blue and they are light baby blue,very pretty. The all around elastic keeps them tightly on the bed.They are a good weight and not too thin.And yes,they fit my olympic queen bed. I am very pleased.

I went back and forth over the two nearly identical sets and even spoke to the maker, Superior. This flat sheet was supposed to be larger but i can't tuck in the sides (My mattress is 13' thick). So if you like to tuck in your flat sheet, that's not going to happen unless you have a much more shallow mattress.On the upside, after three washes the slight sheen was gone as I'd hoped (I bought the white set) and the thickness is still amazing. They are pretty close to percale in feel and mini wrinkles now (If you are looking for wrinkle free, this is not for you.)I spent a lot of time looking for thick sheets at any price and these are them... These are the thickest cotton sheets I have found, anywhere.

I've had these a while now, Percale has been rated as one of the coolest fabrics to sleep in. In comparison to my other desperate attempts, this does in fact do better. Paired with a lightweight fibre filled duvet with low TC duvet color has worked great. Oversized and fits my sleep number mattress beautifully, stays tucked. Downside, price.

Purchased two sets of these sheets a year ago and while I'm happy with the quality, I was disappointed in the consistency. I ordered the split king in Ivory and it's deliciously thick, cool and crisp sheet, I LOVE it for summer bedding. It is 'old school' percale cotton with a tight weave. The Moss colored set is a sateen weave which I personally don't care for as it's too warm for my personal preference. A year and a half later, both sheet sets are in excellent condition, no tearing, shrinkage or pilling. The fitted sheets are fully elasticized and very generous in size. Yes, they do wrinkle a bit, the microfiber more so than the percale but I find that if I hang them out to dry on the line, they are wrinkle free. In a pinch when I have to use the dryer, I toss in a couple of tennis balls with one sheet set on Med heat and that does the trick. FWIW, we have a Rhapsody Breeze adjustable Temperpedic split king bed. UPDATE 6/2015- As noted above, I still love the crisp Ivory Split King Sheet Set (RN#109808) however the elastic banding is now getting stretched out. It still fits the mattress without issue, it is still very crisp and thick, no pilling nor weak spots. With that being said, I ordered another set in the Ivory because I cannot find a great Percale 100% long staple Egyption cotton sheet set for a Split King anywhere it seems and I was sent the same sateen set in Ivory as the green set. Ridiculously disappointed in this company's inconsistency issues!

I wanted sheets that are crisp and cool. Cottony. Percale. These sheets are soft and microfiber feeling. Colors are true to pic but there was considerable shrinkage after washing. Though the fitted sheet had lots of excess room and so it still fits, the pillow cases are too small to fit a pillow unless it is very flat.
