Superjoe 2 in 1 Walking Pad Exercise 0.5 to 2 mph (1-4 km/h) Treadmill

Detailed exercise guide included. It seems cumbersome at first cause of all the parts. I'm a beginner so will get easier putting it together a few times.

I love that you can do multiple exercises with this. There's even a book to help you with areas you want to work on. The plus is you can pack it up and place itbon thenside to be out of your way.

Like that I can do a lot of different exercises. Dislike that I have to change out the attachments. I add attachments the day before I exercise either upper/lower/full body so I'm ready for exercise in the morning.

i called the manufacturer for a repair on the bands. i left two messages and no one called me back. so now it can't be used. hopefully when the company will see this and call me.

I like the gym; it fits in to my daily responsibilities, it's compact, and it's also environmentally friendly when you have toddlers..

This product looks like a great one but honestly it is very cheaply made and was a very big let down

Worth the purchase! Great for when you have no time to go to the gym and want to get a quick workout in at home!

I love it. i can do a full body workout and not leave the house

I got a set of glass dishes and not the workout equipment

Easy to put together and use
