Superjoe Electric Dough Maker With Ferment Function, 5.2 Qt, 304 Stainless Steel Bowl, Green

This arrived today! It is a burthday gift to myself. I washed the bowl as instructed and made a simple pizza dough. This works well.. Very different from using my bread maker on the dough cycle. The bread maker mixes, kneads nad allow the rise on the full cycle. With this machine, you can mix only which I did for 10 minutres, I took it out and allowed it to rise. The dough was clean, and easy to handle. I have not tried fermentation yet as the temps are in Celcius not Farenheit and I think are too warm for certain doughs. I will have to try it and see. It is difficlt to get the timer buttons to move ti increase and decrease time, but I may have to play with that as well. Overall a decent gift to myself.

It is perfect to help me make bread. Just the right size. Saves my arthritic hands the pain of kneading dough.

Easy to use one touch start control panel. I added 12 cups of flour with other ingredients, for 8, 10 ounce doughs. It's easy to clean. The fermention function improved the size. I recommend the Superjoe Electric Dough Maker for making pizza dough.

runs good, better than most used, Dislike the temperature lockout. can't perform second batches til Motor temperature drops to room temperature.
