Bought this for my cabin on deer lease that had no signal inside and marginal signal outside. We now have three bars inside on LTE service. Well satisfied.
From No Bars to Four Bars! You can't ask for more. And the price was better than anyone else on the internet!
I purchased this a week ago I only have one bar now I have 4G and three bars I live in the middle of the woods in Pennsylvania.
The surecall booster replaces one that was damaged by lightning. This was my 1st order from Walmart online, the item arrived on time. I think the Amazon app is easier to use as compared to the Walmart app for tracking the shipments.
Great product that works as advertised. Only flaw is troubleshooting the blinking lights, hard to figure out and instructions dont say what each light is for
We use the booster inside a metal building that gets NO service usually. Works very good.
Work from home and am on phone 1-3 hours per day. We were having issues with dropped calls or No service in house or people complaining they couldn't understand. Went to no complaints and getting LTE service. Dinged 1 star because of signal loss (but still works) on the far side of our small home (1200 sq ft). Take note that this model number is incorrect and the actual unit is the SC-PolyH-72-ORA-Kit which is a better kit. We verified with an email from SureCall when asking some other questions.
Shipping and receipt of the item was a good experience. Installation was not too bad, but I think 75 feet of cable would be more reasonable for facilitating all the turns and penetrations necessary to separate the outside antenna 25' from the inside antenna. Functionally it appears to be working, according the cell power app I use I'm getting 9-12 dbm more power (or 2^3 - 2^4 more power, and I'm no longer dropping the subscribed channel. However, hotspot performance has not seen a change, except for not dropping the subscribed channel. There is better hotspot performance with similar cell signal strength directly to the android phone, not through the repeater.
Wanted improved service for farm house. Ad claimed this would work in 12 rooms or offices up to 2000 sqft. Upon arrival it claims 1-2 rooms boost. Huge difference a missing "-" makes in ad.
This did not work appropriately for first 2 weeks, then died and completely quit working.
