I've had it for maybe two months now and honestly I think it's better than the charger it came with, granted I bought my surface pro used. Not issues with it whatsoever.

Made for the Surface Pro, works perfectly and actually better then the Microsoft docking station. Recommend.

It does the job, my major complaint is it needs to be reinforced where the wire leads into the plug that you plug into computer for charging, , everyone that I have ordered wears out in that area, long before the rest of the unit wears out. I do not move it around alot, but it's priced right and any other chargers are too expensive .

Item arrived clearly as a USED product. When connecting to my Surface Digital Device I received the following Warning/Error... "Slow charger, use a higher watt charger." Notes: A battery icon with a warning on it appears in the system tray to indicate that a slow charger is connected, and the battery is discharging. The Slow charger notification might appear too.
