I am a first time user of hair removal cream. I am 70 and very tired of plucking. It was a bit confusing because the package says to leave it on 4 minutes and not to exceed that - yet the enclosed info sheet said eight minutes. I chose the eight. It isn't very comfortable as it dries but there is no real odor and other than that not bad. It did a good job, left a few easily plucked, and I could definitely see areas I missed. I had no skin reaction at all and the after cream is pleasant to apply and soothing with a nice light scent. I will definitely continue to use it as needed and glad I finally tried it. FAR better than plucking!

Could do a better job...

I've used Surgicream facial hair remover for over 30 years and have loved how it never irritated my sensitive skin. They used to offer an unscented version, which was great. When they discontinued it, I switched to the Sensitive Skin in Fresh Scent. While I didn't care for the fragrance, it was light and the smell didn't linger after you removed the product. But the last few boxes I've purchased, the fragrance lasts for hours afterward and makes my skin itch. Such a shame! If you're going to offer a product for sensitive skin, please offer an unscented version again or go back to your older formula for the fresh scent.

Second time I buy through you and both times the tubes were very close to the expiration date. Had to throw them away. Emailed you but you never responded.
