Arrived damaged. Had paint Scraped off on multiple pieces. just took everything out to assemble. Hopefully, it doesn't have further damage or missing pieces.

It is noisy and complicated to assemble.

my bed wasnt evenly lined for the screw to match the ither hole to hold top bunk or one ladder on, ive asked for replacement but not gotten a response. its not like i want money back just a replacement bed will do fine i cant pay to ship the other back its expensive and i said i would send it back if they pay shipping and still no response so i cannot even use the bed months after purchase due to being unsafe because the screws dont line evenly to assemble properly. a response would just be nice. aside from that the bunkneds are really nice and big but yet roomy and i love the ladder on each end and thay it is attached to the bed

So I received this item %26 upon the completion of assembly I noticed a noticeable slant in both the top %26 lower bed racks %26 realized the screw holes are not leveled equally in which case there is a noticeable slant on both upper %26 lower rack unfortunately, I have reached out in request for a refund pending response as I will be purchasing a replacement from a local furniture supplier .

one of the bunkbeds didnt come 2ith screws and when contacted the shipper was told that i was to wait till they got more screws and it didnt c9me with instructions

Squeaky noisy every time you move on it bottom bunk is very short so there's no room to sit on the bed. You will hit your head. Kids can only lay on the bed. Missing screws overall product not good.
