Best sleep i have in over a yr i bought the medium soft 14" mattress full size. It's as soft as a pillow top great size for my room saves space works great remote easy to use. i paid for setup/ assembly. i love this bed it's the same price at Amazon

Customer service is terrible. I received the wrong size bed set, then had to pay for the return shipping! To add insult to injury, they told me that they may also charge me an additional 20% if they so choose, once they receive the returned bed set! Outrageous!

While the actual product may be good. Sleep Geekz is not. I purchased this bundle 05/21/25. I also purchased the professional assembly and set up. Products came on a crate with a band around it. Techs came to set up. The cut the band surrounding both the mattress box and bed frame. Mattress was sealed and they opened to let expand. The techs then moved on to the bed frame. Box was not taped or sealed. Nothing held it closed after the band around the mattress was removed, Contents were not wrapped. Remote and mattress holding rails were just open in box. No directions either. The techs assembling noted the appearance of not being sealed and took a picture of the label that happened to show the manufacturing date. As assembly was quite simple they went ahead and assembled it. They then told me about the open box and sent me the picture of the label. I contacted Sleep Geekz immediately. I also contacted Walmart. They assured me that they would refund or replace the bed. Sleep Geekz contacted me and said that the date on the label was when they started making adjustable beds not the actual build date. As a manufacturing engineer I know the rules on labeling born on or build on dates. They then changed their tune and said that it was still covered by warranty. After Walmart contacted them they came back with a 25% discount or I could return the bed paying for the shipping and a 20% restocking fee. This thing weighs over 200 lbs. I'm not paying to ship it back and I certainly am not paying a restocking fee. Walmart has issued a complaint against the company and their return policy. Walmart has vowed to make this right. I just spent $2000.00 on a bed that may or may not have been returned/used but for sure was sitting in a warehouse in who knows what conditions for 1.5 years.If I was Sven %26 Sons I would pay attention to Sleep Geekz reviews! BUYER BEWARE! DON"T USE SLEEP GEEKZ
