Just about my entire diet is carbs. Bread, pasta, fruit, cookies. If you are what you eat I should look like a donut. These pills help keep me slender and at an appropriate weight for height. One pill prior to meals or snacks. I also walk 2-3 miles daily. I'm in my 80s. They work for me.

We watch our carbs and havingthis product helps us when we are ina situation where we desire to have a little extra.We highly recommend this product which I alreadyhave to my friends. When needed we take oneor 2 at a meal and have used 6 per day althoughthat is not every day, only when we 'feel the need.'

I'm on my 3rd bottle of C-120X because it seems to work at blocking the "white carb effect". I have a bit of a sweet tooth, love Baskin Robbins, pasta, and cake. When I've taken a couple of the tablets before eating the bad stuff, my weight stays the same or goes down (depending on how much I've been eating / exercising during the day). In the past, I would pack on the pounds after a single scoop of ice cream and had to be MUCH more careful. This is a very effective product.

I had always wanted to try a carb control supplement, as I do, unfortunately, over indulge in carbs on a regular basis. Fortunately, Swanson was offering their Ultra Carb Control with White Kidney Bean supplement tabs at a great discounted rate recently, but I only ordered 1 bottle, as I wasn't sure if it would fit my needs, even at its' sale price. I now regret that I had not ordered more, at the great sale price, as it works great for me, and the price is now much too high for my budget to afford. Although I have it added to ' My Favorites ' on my Swanson account, so that I can easily keep a check up for whenever I might be lucky enough to find it on sale again. (Soon PLEASE!)

I eat lots of carbs and I believe they help. I've been taking them for years and my weight remains the same even though I eat pizza, fries, pasta, etc.

you still have to watch how many carbs you are ingesting. you can't eat a whole big dessert and expect these pills to counteract the effects.as in all things, moderation is the key.and, remember, our bodies do need carbs - i've read between 50 and 100 carbs a day.

This is a good product. There is also quite a bit of research behind the white kidney beans ability to block the a-amylase enzyme which is responsible for breaking down starches (complex carbs).I use this on a keto diet, to minimize the impact of starches. I am not looking to block 30-50 grams of complex carbohydrates, but rather 5-10 grams. So far it has worked great. I don't get out of it as much as someone that eats lots of pasta or bread. Certainly worth a try.
