Heavy but of course it is it can hold over 400 lbs. it's pretty cool I'm over 250 and it has no struggles I'm still learning and the easiest place to manipulate is carpet but it is able to go in other terrain once I gain skill.

Great hoverboard. So far it has worked perfectly. Very heavy and seems to be well made. My grandson (11) says it is perfect and by far the best hoverboard he has owned. He loves the bluetooth capability.

After having issues with the first one we ordered we decided to give it another chance because our son loved it but the first had issues with the plate and screw kept coming loose. Now with the 2nd one purchased we will have to once again return it due to issues with where the middle bars come together is actually too close. When my son goes to turn on the hoverboard it catches slightly and trips him. Which for $400 I expect better quality!

When it works, it usually feels smooth and powerful and super quiet. The unit I received, however, does not appear to work - at random intervals, it jitters unpleasantly and makes loud sounds. It also does not self-right. Seems like triggers have been misconfigured somehow. Returning.

Definitely not as advertised - does not travel up inclines (even small ones), works well on flat surfaces. Will not work on dirt paths as indicated in videos. Does not run on gravel. Very unsatisfied, not worth the money at all. I do not recommend this item.

This hoverboard broke 12 days after receiving it. The company paid for us to ship it back because they wanted to try to fix it. They emailed me when they received it and now I have heard nothing in over a month.

This requires app while using. App no good and if you manage to get app connected then if it for some reason disconnect itself it stops suddenly and sends you flying. So dangerous you should take it off the market

50% failure rate, Extremally difficult to rectify. Well meaning but inept call center associates made the exchange process literally impossible. And wasted a week of my time. Buyer beware.

First time trying to charge it, light stays green will not charge. Called them they said send it back. It's $ 30 to send it back. Came charged was fun while it ran.

The board arrived broken and was falling apart in the center. The issue made it dangerous to operate. Overall it makes me question the quality and durability. This is very disappointing for a fairly costly hoverboard.
