My husband love this scooter he enjoys it a lot
I bought this scooter for work, at work I had to walk from building to building under the blazing sun of Arizona averaging 3 miles a day. With the swagger 2 this is no longer a struggle, its foldable feature allow me conceal it under my desk and take it out as needed. Charges fast and the speed once on the road is perfect for what I need it. Highly recommend it.
Loved it at 1st but it's broken now. Never abused. Just used to travel back and forth 3 straight miles on a paved road. I ran over a small pebble and it stopped working completely. It should be durable enough to run over a pebble. Nothing is stuck or damaged except it stopped turning the front wheel which is the drive wheel. I think there's a belt that broke or something that stopped the turning of the wheel. I'm no expert on scooters but my dad was a mechanic, and so is my brother, and I can tell when things stop rotating. If it can't withstand a small pebble, how can it be advertised as a street or sidewalk vehicle? And how can we trust our children or less mobile adults to use it? Would like to have it repaired. It's supposed to have a warranty from the company for a year. I'd like to know where to send it and if it's gonna cost me a fortune or if it's better to spend another $160 to replace it??? Cause I won't purchase another if the company won't back it and I'll make sure, legally within my capacity, that no one else will either. Please lmk what to do. Tyvm for your time.
Looks great but when I took it for a spin around the block and came back it stopped working. It wouldn't come back on. It didnt have the speed I expected and the ride was kind of rough. All of this happened with in 3 hours after I received it.
This product died on us only after 2 uses. The charger sparks when being plugged in. Unfortunately Walmart only gave 30 days return privileges and due to Quarantine, it was only used once before quarantine and once again this past weekend. I will attempt to get a response from Walmart and Swagtron
Sparked when plugging in charger. Worked for one day and would not turn on. I ordered 3 different scooters - same story for all. Do not waste your time. Despite reading poor reviews, I figured it was worth a try, but it was not. All were defective.
I rode it for 2 days and all broke loose. The first night, I realized it wasn't charging right. The charger didn't go all the way into the portal. In the morning, it said full but went quickly to 3/4 battery strength. The next day, same thing but the engine starts cranking. I stop at a store on 1/4 battery. Come back out no power so I walk home. Get to the house plug in the charge for a few and smoke from the wall. It is now back at Walmart. I am currently looking for a brand other than which has power and speed. I did get to 15mph though.
Junk.. would not but. The charger stopped working after a few weeks, so returned and got a new one. Same thing happened sith the second one. I called Swagtron customer service anf rhet were terrible, rude and wanted me to Pay for shipping to have it diagnosed.
Battery doesnt hold a charge and barely makes it to the top speed of 15mph and Im 165 pounds. Also, the scooter turns off and on while riding it and makes it pretty dangerous when that happens if there is traffic/cars driving along side of you.
It was a horrible scooter, made a lot of noise while riding it and it had barely any power. Battery rwas also very poor, Had to be recharged after every little trip I took. Had to be returned.
