This system has several flaws. It is an 8 Camera system, but you can only review three cameras at a time. It is very time and consuming to watch three cameras and then three cameras and then two cameras to get all eight viewed. What was the breaking point for me to go to another camera system is they did an update and the date and time is not stamped on recordings. Therefore law-enforcement will not accept that as evidence because there's no proof of when that video actually occurred. Swann's Tech-support advised me was to use my phone to record a video where the green timeline does show up at the bottom of the monitor screen. The quality of the video when done that way is very poor quality. It is very aggravating, having to sit there and take the time to record it on your phone. I am so much happier with the new security Cameras. From what I was told, it's not only this model. It's all NVRs that now has those features or lack of features.
