Swanson 100% Organic Ginger Root Tea 20 Sachets

Acupuncturist suggested I use this tea. So far it's been flavorful and helps with the stomach issues.

This is excellent quality tea, that tastes great. It is similar to cutting Ginger yourself and making homemade tea (which I have done many times, but this is much more convenient). Ginger is very good for general health.

Yes, I would recommend it. This is the second time I have ordered the organic ginger root tea. It is mild but it does help with digestion. It tastes really good with a little stevia or honey added .

This was a very good product, I am not going to be able to use it however, because I seem to be extremely sensitive to it, but those that are not, It was a good way to enjoy an after dinner tea. It is extremely spicy, with a wonderful aroma.

I found this ginger tea to be a lot weaker than most others I've tried. I've liked most of the swanson brand products I've purchased, but this one fell short. The price is great and you can't argue with the organic ginger, but I think there's just less ginger per bag. I had to use 2 bags for an 8 oz cup because I could barely taste it with 1 bag. If you're short on cash this will suffice, but it's probably not going to be your new "go to" ginger tea.

Swanson's products are usually top notch. As a matter of fact, this might be the first negative review I've written on one of their products. But sadly, the Swanson's Organic Ginger Root Tea is a terrible disappointment. I drink a lot of teas, and often like a cup of ginger tea after a meal. The first time I made this, following the directions exactly, I questioned myself: Did I let the water come to a full boil? Did I allow it to steep long enough? Etc. The water looked exactly the same after the steeping process as it did before, even though I followed directions. Next time I squeezed the teabags through a strainer to the point of breaking them open. Thinking I just somehow was getting teabags with a weak concentration I kept trying. Long story short, the only time my tea even tasted like ginger tea was when I used 3 teabags per 6 ounces of water, then again squeezed the daylights out of all three using a strainer so I didn't get ginger particles in my tea. I am sorely disappointed with this product. I will use the rest of it by doing as mentioned above, but I will not be ordering this product again.
