Super amazing customer service. Item came in but there evidence that the seal was broken as there was creatine all over the container. I called and they sent me out another one FREE OF CHARGE, didn't have to send the faulty one back. Love this company
Since I began taking the Swanson Albion Creatine Magnapower, I've noticed improved strength. Unexpectedly, I've also been sleeping better. I highly recommend this product.
Taste is very neutral, a little milky. Doesn’t cause water bloating like mono hydrate does and feels very effective. If you’ve taken creatine before you know how it effects you in the gym and this one will not disappoint. Expensive per serving but I think it’s a high value.
An ideal way to get both creatine and magnesium. The powder mixes easily and has a neutral flavor that goes down easily. it doesn't seem to have a laxative effect either. It has become a regular part of my supplement routine, and it will remain so.
I did take this product a couple times but it caused major diarrhea. Lasted a couple days.If they could attach the creatine to magnesium glycinate (the only kind that doesn't cause diarrhea), it would be perfect.Just a heads up that if magnesium gives you diarrhea problems, this may not be for you.

I love Creatine. I have always gotten very good results when taking a heaping tsp of Creatine in one of my high performance cocktails every day. Whether I'm working out a lot, or heavy, or not at any particular time, I still get a lot of good from Creatine.

Swanson carries a number of different forms / formulas of Creatine. I study the labels and try the ones that appear to be the best to me. I have found several that I like very much, including this one.

Since Creatine contributes to the ATP energy source for my mitochondria in every cell, I find that it contributes significantly to my overall energy, strength, endurance, and vitality. I'm strictly commenting on Creatine here as what I consider to be a 'super food.' These are not in any way medical-claim type statements.

I think Creatine is misunderstood and undervalued by many people. Personally, I find it to be great stuff. I strongly recommend it. Works for me.

Having your magnesium in a powdered form iseasier to work with. I put it in smoothies. Somany suffer from fatigue, and this product with the creatine helps me. Better to get things in a chelated form, too.
