Walmart has a good price for this product. I think it helps somewhat with hot flashes. A pharmacist told me about it. It's nice that this brand comes with a measuring scoop.

This is the best inositol that I have ever used. It is a high quality product. And it is nice to have the scoop that is included inside of the container to help measure the dosage correctly. Inositol has helped me considerably with anxiety issues and nerve issues. It is a wonder supplement with many different benefits healthwise. And Swanson has some of the best and high quality inositol on the market. I highly recommend this product, and I highly recommend Swanson products in general.
