Start slowly! --I was excited to try this and started with a huge slug from the bottle. Spent the next three days wondering if they accidentally sent me Castor Oil by mistake. Then I researched it a bit and found out it was "my bad". I put the brakes on and this stuff is terrific-- for energy and for prolonging a fast. (They do need to put a warning on the label though--)

As the previous reviewer mentioned, the cap somehow does not allow for a dripless pour, and I have to keep a dish or paper towel under the bottle. The oil, however, is quite good! I use it in shakes, on salads, and sometimes in "fat tea." Provides sustained energy.

oil appears to be of a high quality but i have the same complaint as everyone else. the container and cap are awful. had to transfer the oil to the dark brown bottle that held my previous MCT oil purchase, good thing i hadn't thrown it out. thought everyone was exaggerating about the lid but they're right... just drips everywhere no matter how you hold it. entire container needs to be changed, not just the lid.

Slowly increased dose to recommended. I did not feel any difference in taking the MCT Oil. I did get an upset stomach each time. The lid leaks when dispensing product. I will not buy again.
