Purity is the key
It's hard to judge a product like this. There are so many preparations of these compounds out there. In the past I have found some of them ineffective, or at least take very long to see results. I'm almost 60 and need help for joint health. Hyaluronic acid has worked well for me and continue to use it. I'm about 4 weeks with Acti-Joint and seem to have increased flexibility. I've taken up ZUMBA and the ladies say I have some moves! (:

What's Not to Love?
This stuff ain't cheap, but that's the only drawback that I can see: glucosamine HCL, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid all-in-one is a no-brainer. Just add a few grams of SWANSON MSM (now that's something that is available really cheap) and you're good to go. At least your joints may think so. I use them both daily and intend to continue this regimen.

Swanson Ultra Acti-Joint
I have taken joint supplements for 18 years now. Swanson Acti-joint is the most effective combination I have taken so far. It comes in a non-chalky capsule and I don't have to take half a dozen to equal my daily dose.

This seems to help my joints and mobility even more than some of the more expensive brand names I have tried. Will definitely continue to buy this product!!

Husband very satisfied with this product
My 75 year old husband has been taking Acti-Joint for a few years and it really makes a big difference in his joints. One time he tried something else and said it didn't help as much as Acti-Joint and after that experience he sticks with Acti-Joint.

I try various glucosamine/chondroitin products and find this one with the addition of the hyaluronic acid\nto be the most effective for me. I keep coming back to it.

Good product
I like Swanson Actu Joint - easy to use capsules with a good price. Seems to work much better than other brands I have used in the past. Would recommend.
