I took around a week but I could feel my energy levels increase, Currently losing a half a pound a week,This makes me happy, One thought though, This product can effect glucose levels, I personally felt tired and weak in the beginning until I modified my diet.

Seems to providing good energy and decreasing hunger

I was not able to tell any difference with this product at first, then I realized about half way through the bottle that the capsules were hard. I started chewing them up, and that's when I got to experience the amazing power of this product! I was very surprised how strong and effective this is! I can't wait until Swanson has another big sale so I can afford to order some more of this. A week or 2 into chewing these up, I lost about 5 pounds without doing anything much different, I could really feel my metabolism activated! Very exciting!

The label should have a precaution because I find if I take it in the afternoon, it keeps me awake for hours after I go to bed. Taking it in the morning solved that problem. I haven't reached a final conclusion on this product yet, but it may have very positive possibilities.

I am almost finished with the bottle. I was Shipped a bottle that is almost 1 yr old. What is the freshness on this. Mfg 8/2017. How about shipping something fresh. Other items I received have a best by date. Does this not expire. I also tried what another reviewer stated, used with iodine and selenium. still no difference. I will use entire bottle and update if there are any changes.

I have been taking for 3 months and I have not experienced any of the published benefits. This just seems to be another fad backed by dubious science. Swanson's price was reasonable, I don't blame them for offering something customers want; they didn't invent the product.
