Doesn't hurt your stomach.
This b complex doesn't hurt your stomach like some of the others do.

We liked this one.
We heard that some neurodivergent people have trouble methylating some of their B vitamins. We tried this one and it seemed to help. I myself dislike the odor of B vitamins and this was far more palatable.

Excellent Multi B
Excellent Multi B complex with better forms of B12, B6 and Folate! Have taken for years I just have to be careful not to order the other bio available one that has less potency. I love these and have taken this for probably 7 years or more! Great price as well!

Great Product
This "activated" formula of B-vitamins is great! High quality and very effective. So much better absorbed with the methyl form of B-vitamins. It is keeping us active with high brain function in our 70's.
