No burps or gassy side effects either. One of these lasts me about 3 months, though I carefully monitor my macro nutrients. BCAs for me help cover the days where my foods are lacking. After doing some research on BCAAs, I determined that the AjiPure brand was the way to go. I won't go into particulars here, but trust me, some of the others are not what you'd want to ingest. It's actually difficult to find the AjiPure BAAs in capsule form without other added ingredients. Swanson is one of the few options and the price is reasonable. Do your homework on BCAAs and you'll see why this is the way to go. You can get them cheaper by buying bulk powder, but they are a bitter bitter lot these BCAAs. So five stars for convenience on this variety.

A nice way to get some BCAA's into you're diet. Helps retain muscle and although this might not be exactly enough BCAA's you say, you have to take into account the better bio availability here.. so it might look like a small amount on paper but it could just be all your body needs and the price can't be beat.

I've used Beverly International Glutamine Select with BCAA's. It gave me energy and is a fantastic product. However, it's not very cost effective for my family's budget. Ajipure BCAA is great replacement. I use it mostly to maintain my energy levels since I can't drink coffee/caffeine. I get a nice steady energy from them when I take 3 at a time. This will last most of the day. I workout, eat well but am a busy mom of 4. I HIGHLY recommend these for anyone needing an extra boost to get through the day. I also appreciate Swanson's price and quality.

I've seen no results after using all the capsules in that bottle. It may need more time, but there was nothing to let me know that.
