I first bought this excellent Swanson Ultra Albion Chelated Zinc Glycinate 30 mg. product in this 90 capsule size bottle to try it out. I like the small size of the capsule. I like to take 100 mg. of Zinc once or twice daily, so I take 3 of these small capsules at a time, which gives me a 90 mg. dose that is close enough to the 100 mg. I want. These Albion Chelated Zinc 30 mg. caps have worked out great for me, so I now buy them in the 180 size bottle. I wrote a comprehensive review for this product in that size, so you might want to read that review, as well. I think this is "good stuff." Hey, it works great for me, and also for the different members of my family who take it as I do.

Swanson products and customer service are the best. As far as the effectiveness of any supplement is concerned--well, I really don't know, because I have no control group against which to compare my results. I take this and other supplements just to make sure I'm getting a range of needed nutrients--even though a lot of nutritionists say that you can get all you need from a normal balanced diet. I'll probably keep using Swanson supplements, but frankly, i don't know if they do anything or not. EA
