The zinc along with Swanson Saw Palmetto work great. Being over 70 years old I began to have some problems. Thanks to this combination after a couple days everything is close to normal. Thanks Swanson.

Works for my purpose, I recommend.
I truly believe this zinc with an Iodine supplement, and hot peppers is punching up my Thyroid. I have more energy. I only drink Non-Fluoridated water, you can find it in the baby section, or distilled. All combined I can now can feel full, and satisfied, this is a really good feeling to feel full and know when to stop eating naturally. I am eating as much as half of what I did, can stop naturally at much smaller portions

Use as a precaution
Swanson products and customer service are the best. As far as the effectiveness of any supplement is concerned--well, I really don't know, because I have no control group against which to compare my results. I take this and other supplements just to make sure I'm getting a range of needed nutrients--even though a lot of nutritionists say that you can get all you need from a normal balanced diet. I'll probably keep using Swanson supplements, but frankly, i don't know if they do anything or not. EA
