A LITTLE MANGANESE
I have always taken a good array of minerals in their best, most bio-available forms. Recently, I had been reading up on the importance of a little Manganese every so often. Albion Chelated Glycinates are a preferred form of mineral supplements. I decided I wanted to add this mineral in this form to my routine. Works for me.

Mangenese seems to help me,
I was found to be low in mangenese after running a marathon several years ago and this seems to help keep my levels good and energy higher along with many new antioxidants that I include in my supplements.

It works for me!
I take Albion Chelated Manganese Glycinate every day for reasons found on the container and within Swanson's Web-Site! In addition? Because I've been a happy and loyal customer of Swanson's since 1999!
