I am adding Alfalfa Protein Concentrate to my Smoothies. I also add with Hemp Protein and Pea Protein.Using these protein concentrates adds minerals and protein to the fruits and vegetables that I put in my Whole Food Juices to make a filling and satisfying nutritious meal that I can drink. I usually mix it all in a nut milk base.It is my healthy breakfast to help me start out the day. With the protein concentrate I feel full for hours. Without the protein concentrate I can be hungry within an hour.
This alfalfa protein product has been a pleasant surprise and I use it every day now, starting off the day with a green drink that also includes Earthrise's spirulina powder., which I have used for years, always ordering it from Swanson's as well.I like having this healthy green drink to start my day..
My roommate and I really like and use this product as a green food supplement in our Super Smoothies that we share almost daily. The fact that it has 5 grams of protein per one small scoop is a great benefit but not the first reason we buy it. the flavor is strong but when mixed with fruit, protein powders and a beverage it ends up being a nice tasting drink. The BOGO is icing on the cake. We plan to continue to purchase this product.
Great company, we have used them for all our vitamins for several years, They have always been great about sending correct products and track their pkg. that have been mailed. 10 Star review from me.
I'm just glad to have an alternative protein source. The bonus is such high levels of Vitamin K that I use it as a supplement.\n\nAdvice: Not very absorbent. Needs to be blended rather than stirred

Alfalfa Protein Concentrate has been extremely helpful in improving my muscle strength. It also improved my vitality. I would highly recommend it for seniors and those who are suffering with a lake of energy.A
I tried this with BOGO deal, great price but the taste is terrible, nothing like wheat grass juice powder. The taste is closer to medicinal herb, bitter with a little of seaweed powder taste mixed in. It tasted better with coconut milk. Also it doesn't dissolve completely, expect drinking water with sand in it. Careful, it could make you throw up. Hopefully, I can improve the taste and texture so I don't have to throw this in the trash.
Gritty and unpleasant. Bad taste
Unfortunately not able to review since I never received.
