I was paying a lot of money for another brand and realized this had the same ingredients. I use it to help maintain my blood pressure and weight. I have been using this for a while and the results are very positive and so I would give it a strong recommendation..

This product is wonderful, will continue to order this hoping it comes out in a stronger strength. .. maybe take two a day to get the stronger benefit.....until it comes out in a stronger strength, all and all love this product. I am testing this now. The standard dose is 5 mg per day, so I got two bottles, and I take three per day. We'll see! I know I can feel something when it kicks in. . . I will update later.

You should get 2 bottles and take two a day according to most studies. A minimum of 3.6mg a day gets the better response but most companies recommend 5mg a day. Even at 2 bottles Swansons price is better.

This worked for the first couple of months but now it is not doing anything. I keep buying it but it probably is not worth the money.
