I am a 72 year old personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder. I take this supplement before every workout. It gives me that added energy to workout. Some pre workout supplements contain this but most don't.

I found this supplement to perform as advertised. The best of these type of supplements by far. I would prefer capsules to this pill.

This helps me shorten my in between reps during weight lifting. I take 2 pills combined with swansons peak atp 2 pills. Works better togather than alone. However i wouldn't buy this at regular price, i paid half price and still feel it should be cheaper...
