Excellent product - I use this mixed with a carrier oil on my hair and scalp. Definitely acts as a good moisturizer - hopefully it will help preserve hair count.
Of course I cannot go into why this product is beneficial for you, I encourage you to research the uses for and of Organic Essential oil of lavender then BUY THIS ONE! I have been classically trained in the use of essential oils for 15 years now and this product meets MY requirements all the way around. Thank you Swanson, thank you very much.
This lavender essential oil exceeded my expectations. I had been happy with the previous lavender I was using from a different company but decided to give this one a try. I use a few drops of it in my wool dryer balls and it gives my clothes a wonderful scent without anything artificial. It is sweeter smelling than other lavenders I have used. I will keep using this one!
Such a beautiful fragrance. And not soapy or perfumey at all. Just rich and lovely, and you want to keep smelling it. I'm diffusing it in my bedroom at night in a stone bowl with candle diffuser to help me sleep. I also like just putting a few drops on a large band-aid pad and sticking it to the tag on my bed pillow (no oil discolorations that way) If I want a whiff during the night, I just roll over to that side of the pillow! It works great.\n\nI don't do well with chemical fragrances (they give me a soapy taste in my mouth), so I use unscented products for laundry. I've found that if it put a cloth with a few drops of lavender essential oil in with the dryer, I can have beautifully scented garments and bed sheets with out any reactions.

I love the fact that Swanson sells this lavender as it is the angustifolia type. It provides a cleaner, crisper fragrance for me to incorporate into my products. The price point is excellent also. I couldn't be more pleased with Swanson's essential oils.
While this Lavender works well, the built-in applicator is terrible. Meaning, you'll need to buy an eyedropper if you don't want to be wasteful or overdue it. Cautiously trying to get a single drop out seems to always land on the rim of the bottle. Otherwise, about 5+ drops-worth will pour out at a time. Swanson should consider packaging their oils in eye dropper bottles instead.

I'm very disappointed in this oil.It may come from organic flowers but it does not have a true lavender scent.I have been a massage therapist for 20 years ,using essential oils and teaching aromatherapy classes. It smells like chemicals were used to distill it rather than steam, which is the preferrred method.
Lavender should smell like nice sweet lavender blossoms. This one smells like woody stems and musty leaves and has a sharp/sour "off" smell\nI have been using lavender for 20+ years and have tried every kind from French to Spanish and numerous brands.\n\nI can't tolerate the smell of this one at all.
