i bought 2 bottles of this some months ago,but shoved it to the side in my fridge for something that was a name brand..and we like avocados.a little over 3months ago i figured i would try these since i had them.after the first bottle i noticed such a differance..menopause can be tough,but my skin looks amazing,i lost a few lbs.without trying.i use other products but this really stands out.it is stating it is not available from the manufacturer,so i am hoping it is not discontinued..i have excellant results from this.and its not a overnight thing with supplements,it does,nt work that way.they take time to do there job,be patient..great job swanson!,

Overall there is no such thing as an overnight way to lose weight you have to dedicate yourself. I learned to be active daily in any way possible then taking these capsules have helped burn body fat in my midsection. Omega oils are awesome. Here's to your health!

supermarket avocados aren't organic, sometimes over ripened and expensive. also your average avocado has over 20 grams of fat, and if you eat it in pieces the saved portion tends to get brown and slimy. these avocado softgels give the benefits of eating organic avocados cheaper and waste free.

When I need a pick-me-up, and just don't feel like eating, these are perfect! I get the same natural, energetic feel as you would obtain from eating a banana or an avocado, in the convenience of a soft gel. The only downside is they are rather large, but they are also easy to swallow...Just don't let them turn in your throat or it hurts.

Just started the avocado oil so hard for me to say how effective. I love avocados and I know that eating a whole avocado in one sitting is a bit much, so the capsules are the obvious answer. I trust Swanson's to carry the quality I have always found in it's supplements and the price is what is the clincher for me.
