I use this supplement to protect my heart; not sure if it works, I will be able to tell after my next doctor visit.

I find this good quality supplement is indispensable in keeping my mood even. It takes a while to notice results, like up to 3 months, but I notice if I run out I don't feel as good. Swanson has a good price for the quality.
