As an aging individual I found my hair, skin and nails not as healthy as my younger years. This supplement I can feel and later see my nails getting thicker and healthier. The hair and skin seem and look better also. Notice a difference when not taking after a couple of weeks.

Good value. Have not had any adverse effects. Was using it regularly and I was beginning to see results. However, I forgot to reorder, and have now gone for about a month not taking it. So I'm taking it again and have a good supply to last me. We'll see.

Sadly, I experienced an allergic reaction to this. I have numerous allergies and perhaps this is not suitable for someone with pollen allergies. I started itching a lot after taking the first dose and couldn't breathe. Had to take an extra antihistamine to calm my body down. Will not be taking again. The company's customer service, however, was very helpful when I had a question before taking the product.

**NOT 2STARS** Just starting it again because the pill was too big. I open it and take it that way. It's fine. Taste like flour. I'll update after awhile with results. I'm 69 year old female with long nails and long hair. stressful time took its toll. Beware of the company you keep. Only one week of stress, major effect on my nails. Much less tolerance at this age for a reason. The body knows.
