Great product.
These are very effective in helping ease the pain of neuropathy in the feet. I've been using them for a few months and plan to continue. I like that they are small and easy to swallow.

Good Quility
Been taking for 1 week. Too soon to notice any benefit. Easy to swallow, no after taste. I do seem to feel better after a few days of taking this. I am taking 1 capsule a day. Swanson always has good quality products and a good price.

Benfotiamine
I crave sweets all the time but I started taking Benfotiamine and now my cravings have almost diminished. I do allow myself an ice cream every now and then but I am pleased to announce that since I started taking Benfotiamine I have total control of my cravings. Thank You!
