Swanson Bilberry Extract - Standardized 60 mg 120 Capsules

Swanson has so many excellent and hard to find herbal extracts, this being one of many I use!

I'm still experimenting with standardized 'extract' herbs vs. 'whole' herbs in capsules. Generally speaking I prefer stdzd for consistency of impact, like this product. I believe this bilberry is doing what it says it will do though it is hard to measure results.I have found that using 'whole' herbs works fine for certain applications like Swansons Turmeric or Now's Valerian Root. In fact I found the whole valerian root capsule to be measurably mentally more beneficial than the stdzd [from Natures Way no less]. Hope this is helpful to some of you.

I've used Bilberry for at least 20 years. I'm in my 80's and my eyes are still good. I'm either lucky or the Bilberry helps! I can still see well at night. Not the case when I was a teenager! I share my opinion often!

I really like this Swanson product which I take for my vision health. As you mature, you would like to make sure that your vision is as good as you can maintain it. The Swanson product does help

I get excellent results when i combine this with whole fruit herb. Better than each alone. Improved eyesight.

Works really well with astigmatism and night vision but 4 stars because Black Currant capsules work even better.
