Good traditional medicine of ancient India origin
Cumin seed oil is a traditional Vedic solution to hip and joint pain as it helps the body to reconstitute the squishy collagen lubricant for your hip and bone sockets. Since starting to take this 11 years ago I have had zero pain anywhere in this regard yet I am pushing 72 years of age. Helps more if you take this with ashwargandah.
