I take that recommended amount at bedtime along with 400 mg. of Magnesium, which I also buy from Swanson in one of two forms: either their Premium Triple Magnesium Complex, which gives me my desired 400 mg. of Magnesium in one capsule, or their Ultra Albion Chelated Magnesium Glycinate, which gives me my desired 400 mg. of Magnesium in 3 capsules. I find that those both work equally well for me. Because of its biochemical composition and its ease and efficiency of utilization, I highly recommend this Hydroxyapatite form of Calcium with Phosphorus found in Swanson's Premium Boneology product. . . . Also, the price is right.
